Bio
As an Ayurvedic Practitioner and massage therapist specializing in Ayurvedic body therapies for women’s health & wellness, I guide those who want to more deeply tap into their innate healing power with natural approaches. Ayurveda is a complete natural healing system that views everyone as an individual. Put simply, Ayurveda is all about living in harmony with nature, your own unique nature and the nature/environment around you. This leads to optimal health. In addition to Ayurvedic wellness consultations and coaching, I offer a variety of Ayurvedic massage and body therapies that are customized to your individual needs and support detoxification, as well as deep rejuvenation on the physical, mental and spiritual level. I am a graduate of the California College of Ayurveda, Duke Integrative Medicine’s Integrative Health Coach professional training, and the Therapeutic Massage Training Institute. Why I Love What I Do
I love supporting my clients on their wellness journey. Just to inspire them and help them tap into their own inner wisdom, as well as provide services that touch them at the heart level is very fulfilling for me. I also love the wisdom of Ayurveda itself. It is not as well known as some other healing modalities, but it is so powerful and its teachings on food, herbs, movement, and daily lifestyle habits completely make sense to me. It’s a science I will forever study and apply in my own life.
