Movement

Elemental Healing Charlotte is host to a variety of movement classes taught by independent practitioners. From yoga, to dance, Tai Chi, QiGong, Nia, and others, there’s plenty of options to get you going.

Getting at least 30 minutes of exercise each day can improve your health in many ways.
