Creative Arts Studio (CAS)

This colorful space features a large center table with chairs as well as perimeter seating with individual stations that include drawers stocked with basic art tools (included with rental).

Description

Dimensions:
24’x15’ including 7’9” x 3’10” craft table, surrounding countertops and cabinets.

Capacity:
6 seated at table, and 6 workstations around the perimeter of the room.

The Creative Arts Studio (CAS) is located in building 1, on the 2nd floor inside suite 200-C.  This colorful space features a large center table with chairs as well as perimeter seating with individual stations that include drawers stocked with basic art tools (included with rental).  Upon request, additional “consumable” supplies may be rented for a fee.  This space has partially covered windows that allow for some natural light, carpeted flooring, and a 42” flat screen smart TV to connect with your laptop via HDMI cable.

The CAS is used for a variety of events including SoulCollage®, vision board classes, live art, cooking demos, and writing groups, but can accommodate other events that are only limited by your own imagination!

IMPORTANT:  This event room is surrounded by private office space.  Noise levels must be respectfully considered.

Up to 3 hours (1 hour minimum required) : $30/hr
Half Day Rate (4-6 hours): $150
Full Day Rate (7-12 hours, between 8am – 11pm): $195

Free Event Discount
For the community only.  Does NOT apply to corporate/staff training:

  • Host your free/no charge event at Elemental Healing Charlotte and use one of our group rental spaces for FREE for up to 1 1/2 hours. Receive a discount of 25% off the Regular Hourly Rate for additional hours beyond 1 1/2 hours.
  • Each person eligible for a Free Event Discount once per 18 months.
  • After taking advantage of the above Free Event Discount, you can book additional dates and times for future free events at 20% off the Regular Hourly Rate.
  • Free Event Discounts only apply to events that are 100% free to the public and without on-site product/service sales (excludes booking service appointments for future dates).
  • Free Event Discounts only apply to events that are in line with Elemental Healing Charlotte’s mission and current services.

Mid-Week Multiple Day Rentals/Weekly Standing Group Meetings
A 15% discount is given for mid-week multiple day rentals, week-long rentals, and weekly class/group rentals pre-paid in advance for three or more months.

The Creative Arts Studio is booked frequently for smaller events that inspire creativity in some shape or form.  Be sure to check our calendar first to see if your day/time is available (click on an event, then look for the room assignment) and then submit your event request to confirm availability! You may also schedule a tour of the CAS and/or, our other event rooms.

We have been offering our “boutique style” yoga classes st Elemental Healing since July 2017. It’s a peaceful & serene setting perfect for creating a relaxing atmosphere for our yoga students to unwind. We really appreciate the like minded people that also offer their healing services at EH. The director Margaret Wyche and Manager Robyn Albaum have made us feel at home & are a pleasure to work with. The location is excellent and there is abundant parking. Elemental Healing is a gem providing a beautiful space for varieties of healing services in Charlotte.
