An initial, deeply collaborative approach establishes a solid trust to alleviate emotional pain varying from minor nicks and cuts to the deepest, most agonizing breaks.  No single injury is less important than the other; your trauma is as unique as you are.  Whether it be your 6th grade math teacher telling you “you’d be better off just switching to the easier class” or your spouse giving you a black eye for not putting the dishes away “the right way” or even an Iraqi combat war veteran taking cover under a chair every time a door slams because he KNOWS it’s a roadside bomb about to kill him – each experience is deserving of the attention it needs for the brain and the body to find balance.  The trauma is not removed nor forgotten but rather honored and less distressing.  All techniques used work with the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms as the torch is passed to you to heal yourself.

What do you love most about your work?
Through the combination of realizing natural capabilities, acquiring higher learning, and working with many clients over the past 8 years, I’ve discovered that there is no higher honor than allowing a client to entrust me with the most vulnerable parts of themselves.  I have developed my own all-embracing approach that incorporates aspects of other scientifically-based techniques to produce a unique experience that honors each client individually.  Want to know how?  Call or email me directly.
